Bits & Pieces

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) endorsed criminal conduct when he encouraged pro-abortion activists to protest outside of the homes of conservative Supreme Court justices.

Protesters are trying to intimidate conservative justices in an effort to change the draft opinion on Roe v Wade.

Former AG Bill Barr Monday night told Fox News host Jesse Watters that it is a crime to go to a judge’s residence to influence decisions.

“[It’s] not a valid form of protest because it’s a violation of the law. There is time and place for protests, and the federal statute makes it clear if you go to the house of a judge, the residence of a judge to influence the judge in his decisions and demonstrate that that’s a federal crime.”

It Is Getting Worse

On Monday the mindless wonder who occasionally sleeps at the White House held a reception in the East Room of the White House to celebrate the end of Ramadan (Eid al-Fitr).  Biden slammed American citizens as he read the teleprompter and claimed Muslims are being systematically targeted with violence in the US.

“So many Muslims are being targeted with violence! No one – No one should discriminate against or be oppressed for their religious beliefs.  Muslims make our nation stronger every single day, even as they still face real challenges and threats in our society.”

By What Lawful Authority

As I mentioned yesterday, the current situation with the faux impeachment has historical analogies.  Of particular note is the trial of King Charles I in England in the 17th Century by radical members of Parliament.  Oliver Cromwell was a prominent leader of Parliament who was directly engaged in the insurrection that defeated King Charles.  And it was an insurrection.

While this is a long story involving multiple years of civil war in England, in the end the dispute was about powers that Parliament had versus the powers of the King.

The Clown Show

Tuesday is the beginning of the Washington elites’ third bite at the apple of impeachment.  Yes, that’s right.  This is the third attempt to remove PDJT from office via the impeachment route.  What’s that you say?  PDJT is no longer in office so how can they impeach him?  In the circus that is Washington, anything is possible.  When you have a Speaker of the House who has an all-consuming hatred of PDJT, all it takes is a little pixie dust, a healthy dose of insanity and a new Army of the Potomac to protect you from everyday Americans. ...

Amazon is seeking to block mail-in votes in an upcoming unionization vote.

Workers at a warehouse in Bessemer, Alabama, are scheduled to vote soon on whether to unionize, with ballots being sent out on Feb. 8. The National Labor Relations Board said earlier this month that the vote would take place entirely by mail because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

An Amazon spokesperson stated,

“We believe that the best approach to a valid, fair and successful election is one that is conducted manually, in-person.  We will continue to insist on measures for a fair election, and we want everyone to vote, so our focus is ensuring that’s possible.”

Is The Media Losing Its Grip?

Comments Off on Is The Media Losing Its Grip?

Has the media entered into an echo chamber or fantasy land where what they say matters little to most Americans?

Rasmussen and others conduct regular polls on the popularity and support for POTUS.  On January 5th, PDJT’s job approval rating was 47%.  Then came the rally to Save America on January 6th which was followed by some Antifa types and some pro-Trump loonies invading the Capitol building.

Since then, there has been firestorm of coverage from the media denouncing the President, charging sedition, incitement to riot, an attempted coup and calling for his impeachment.  The Democrats have obliged by ginning up another false impeachment proceeding.  They even managed to convince a small number of Republicans to join them.

The Next Impeachment

Comments Off on The Next Impeachment

With potential indictments against high-ranking members of the Obama administration looming, the Democrats appear to be desperate to launch their next impeachment foray.  Just as they did with the killing of unborn children, the Democrats appear to be trying to transform impeachment from rare occurrence to one that is commonplace.

The Democrats cannot have John Durham’s absolutely devastating indictments arrive without having some kind of smokescreen to divert the public’s attention.  It appears that they are laying the groundwork for an impeachment of AG Bill Barr.

Barr Sends More Help to The Durham Investigation

Comments Off on Barr Sends More Help to The Durham Investigation

On Wednesday, AG Barr assigned John Bash, the U.S. attorney for the Western District of Texas,  to assist USAO John Durham in the investigation of corrupt activity by former USIC,  DOJ and FBI officials.  USAO Bash is in addition to USAO Jeff Jensen who was assigned specifically to General Michael Flynn case.

Justice Dept. Spokesperson Kerri Kupec went onto Sean Hannity’s TV show and reported: “the attorney general determined that certain aspects of unmasking needed to be reviewed separately as a support to John Durham’s investigation.”
