Booker Whiffs

      Comments Off on Booker Whiffs

With all of the impeachment hoax nonsense going on, many people undoubtedly missed the most recent debate among Democratic Presidential contenders.  Not that there was a lot to miss.  And the ratings continue to decline.

However, there are always a few noteworthy items in forum like this.  One that stood out was Cory Booker’s answer to a question on Hong Kong.  The question was an absolute softball but Booker completely whiffed in his answer. His answer makes one pause and wonder if Booker somehow owes the Chinese Communists for something.

The transcript from NBC of the exchange.

Hong Kong vs The Democrats

After five long months of unrest in Hong Kong, what do the protesters really want? Many have said they are protesting for democracy. To “Free Hong Kong.” To “Liberate Hong Kong.” But what does that really mean?

To better understand what Hong Kongers want, one just has to look at the flags they are carrying to their protests.

House Republicans Storm Schiff’s Bunker

Comments Off on House Republicans Storm Schiff’s Bunker

On Wednesday House Republicans stormed Adam Schiff’s bunker in the Capitol basement.  They displayed anger over the evilness of the Democrats in their continuing efforts to overthrow President trump, VP Pence, Secretary Pompeo and AG Barr.

Lou Dobbs talked with Andy Biggs,

I, for one, am glad to see some fire from the Republicans.  This is war.  As Biggs said, relying on process is not enough.  It is long past time to display solidarity with the President for all he is doing for all Americans. ...

Unelected bureaucrats in the EU should not rule of the citizens of each EU country. Did the people of the EU know, when the EU was created, that was the template for governance?

Is The ICIG Guilty of A Corrupt Act?

Comments Off on Is The ICIG Guilty of A Corrupt Act?

It was widely known that in order to submit an ICIG whistleblower report that the information had to be firsthand knowledge.  No hearsay or gossip was permitted.  It was stated unequivocally that submitting second-hand knowledge would result in the complaint being rejected.

As Sean Davis at The Federalist noted,

“The [Intelligence Community Inspector General] cannot transmit information via the ICPWA based on an employee’s second-hand knowledge of wrongdoing,” the previous form stated under the bolded heading “FIRST-HAND INFORMATION REQUIRED.” “This includes information received from another person, such as when an employee informs you that he/she witnessed some type of wrongdoing.”

“If you think that wrongdoing took place, but can provide nothing more than second-hand or unsubstantiated assertions, [the Intelligence Community Inspector General] will not be able to process the complaint or information for submission as an ICWPA,” the form concluded.
