Highlights & Lowlights

Election denier Stacey Abrams appears to have taken a page out of BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors’s playbook.

According to the Washington Free Beacon, Abrams’s nonprofit (any audits done lately?) attempted to purchase multi-million dollar real estate . . . and then fired its chief operations officer as well as its directors of design and digital marketing, citing a lack of funds.

The real estate deal is the latest murky financial situation involving the New Georgia Project. The group was founded to register non-white voters and was once led by Sen. Raphael Warnock (D., Ga.).  The group missed the deadline to file required financial disclosures to the IRS.  Surprise! Surprise! ...

Odds & Ends

The Davos crowd (that would be the WEF and other such “woke” outfits) has decided that Great Britain should pay “climate change reparations” for all the damage that Great Britain has caused the world by the Industrial Revolution.  Rashid Sanook (or Rishi Sunak if you aren’t President Biden), the new, unelected British Prime Minister, has kicked off the COP27 summit by leaking such a ridiculous idea to the press.  Let’s remember that Sunak was installed as Prime Minister because the WEF did not care for the previous one.

The Democrats are doing so bad in polling that they have once again tried to invest in terrorism to save their hides.  We have seen this time and again with the Ukraine war.  We have heard from the President himself that Russia is about to nuke Ukraine.  It has been suggested that a first strike against Moscow is the only way forward.

Panic Time

Don Surber had a couple of interesting articles recently.  In one he noted that the Ukrainian war was a foregone conclusion once the coup had been successfully navigated.  Why?  Because crooks always pay off their benefactors (and keep some for themselves).   In the other Don talks about panic within the ranks of the Democrats over the impending elections.  These two issues are inextricably tied together.

Was It Russian Aggression?

Mike Whitney has authored a thought-provoking article on the Russia-Ukraine situation.  Whitney draws comparisons and analogies to help to understand better what is really going on there.  This ought to be unsettling to anyone who is not completely brainwashed by the crap the media has been putting out.

As predictable as the sun coming up in the East in the morning, the Biden administration has opened a criminal investigation into Governor DeSantis over his chartered flights to Martha’s Vineyard.  One knew that this would happen once the hypocrisy of the Democrats regarding open borders was put on display for all the world to see.

Thinking The Unthinkable

The idea that the administration would bring the world to the brink of nuclear war to win an election (or to at least mitigate the losses) seems unthinkable to some people.  The idea that leaders of western governments would resort to this to stay in power seems ludicrous and incredibly evil.  Ludicrous it is not.  Incredibly evil it is.

Nord Stream Sabotage

Dr. Tom Woods has published an opinion by economist Jeffrey Sachs of Columbia University about the Nord Stream sabotage.  At this point, I am surprised that Sachs still has a job there after he spoke the truth as he sees it regarding the blowing up of the pipelines.  Dr. Woods has added his own insights in several places.

Not A Democracy

The elite politicians who inhabit the Beltway continue to por our money into the cesspool that is Ukrainian politics and particularly President Zelenskyy.  The State Department claims that this is a defense of democracy from the predations of Vladimir Putin and the Russians.  To that I say “What Democracy?”
