When the left said that they were coming for your guns, they meant it. A massive Democratic gun-control plan would require weapon owners and their family members to undergo “psychological evaluations.” Wrong thinking has now been entered on the Washington scene for purposes of criminalization. Wrong thinking will result in the loss of your guns under proposed legislation.

The Democrats are working very quickly to obliterate the 1^st and 2^nd Amendments. The Democrats believe they do not have to worry about blowback from the people since they think they have now mastered the art of election fraud. No longer will the “deplorables” mess up their plans for a totalitarian state.

Democratic Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee introduced a bill that would enact the strictest gun regulations in the history of the country and give the federal government sweeping power to decide who can own a firearm.

Carolyn Maloney, the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, is asking the FBI to conduct a “robust examination” of the role social media site Parler played in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, specifically whether the platform was a “potential facilitator” of planning or inciting the violence.

Our pretend president has issued a flurry of executive orders that are designed to weaponize the Federal Government against the American public. Many of these are done under the disguise of protecting the public health because of COVID. Of course, more and more people are starting to recognize that COVID is no more dangerous than the flu.

Recently the CDC issued an order requiring people to wear masks “while using public transportation, which includes “awaiting, boarding, disembarking, or traveling on airplanes, ships, ferries, trains, subways, buses, taxis, and ride-shares as they are traveling into, within, or out of the United States and U.S. territories.” This also covers people who are at “transportation hubs (e.g., airports, bus or ferry terminals, train and subway stations, seaports).” This order went into effect February 1^st. ...

NY’s Governor Cuomo continues to be a huge source of embarrassment for Democrats. His handling of the COVID-19 pandemic in New York led to the unnecessary deaths of thousands of elderly residents when he ordered COVID patients into nursing homes and other long-term care facilities. His overly harsh lockdown restrictions have led to the loss of tens of thousands of businesses and to the loss of the jobs that those businesses supported.

Of all the governors in the United States only Governor Newsom of California even begins to approach the level of ineptitude of Governor Cuomo. Cuomo’s micro-managing of Health Department activities and the downright ignoring of sound health practices have led to the departure of numerous officials the NYTimes reports. Cuomo was quoted last Friday: “When I say ‘experts’ in air quotes, it sounds like I’m saying I don’t really trust the experts because I don’t.” ...

Breitbart reports that our pretend President went to Walter Reed hospital on Friday to visit some of the wounded members of the Armed Forces.

Biden noted,

“These kids are amazing. And thank God there’s not as many people to visit.”

I’m sure God was in the mix but the primary reason that there are not many to visit is President Trump not starting any new wars while he was in office. I wonder how long that will last.

Super Bowl Opt-outs

In a move that will undoubtedly have major impacts in the advertising business, Coke will not advertise at all during this year’s Super Bowl game. Coke joins Audi in a complete absence. Pepsi and Budweiser will not advertise their flagship products. Anheuser-Busch has advertised its iconic Budweiser brand every year since 1983. Everyone who has watched the Super Bowls remembers the Clydesdales commercials.

What is this all about? The company spokespersons prattle on about looking at the market and evaluating where they are spending their advertising dollars. Perhaps that is just it. However, there are those in the industry who are opining that the single most watched event in American sports may be losing some of its luster.

Ending Roe v Wade

The left will tell you with a straight face that the Constitution guarantees the right to abort children. Of course, this is absolutely absurd. No such right exists in the Constitution. On January 22^nd, the 48^th anniversary of the 1973 Roe v Wade decision that created a right to abortion out of thin air, our pretend President maligned the Trump administration. Biden claimed that the Trump administration had relentlessly attacked reproductive health care. How did he do this? By nominating justices to the Supreme Court who believe in the Constitution.

Biden portrayed PDJT as being anti-women. He and VP Harris promised that they are “committed to codifying” the Roe decision and to “appointing judges that respect foundational precedents like Roe.”

Speaker Pelosi said,

“On this anniversary, we renew our commitment to build on the legacy of Roe v. Wade so that we can protect a woman’s right to choose and defend women’s hard-won freedoms, now and always.”

How does one build on abortion? What would the logical next step be? Is “culling the herd” next up on Pelosi’s list? Is Speaker Pelosi really referring to the legal right to kill children as a “hard-won freedom?” Hmm…I wonder what she was doing before making this asinine statement.

Emoluments Case Dismissed

A far-left lawfare group had a big loss Monday as the Supreme Court dismissed their ridiculous lawsuit against President Trump and the Trump International Hotel. The case revolved around the Emoluments clause of the Constitution. The group is known as “Citizens for Responsible Ethics in Washington” (CREW). What a ridiculous misnomer if there ever was one. This is another example of the left dreaming up a name that completely hides the real purpose of the group, that is, to attack conservative lawmakers.

Amazon is seeking to block mail-in votes in an upcoming unionization vote.

Workers at a warehouse in Bessemer, Alabama, are scheduled to vote soon on whether to unionize, with ballots being sent out on Feb. 8. The National Labor Relations Board said earlier this month that the vote would take place entirely by mail because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

An Amazon spokesperson stated,

“We believe that the best approach to a valid, fair and successful election is one that is conducted manually, in-person. We will continue to insist on measures for a fair election, and we want everyone to vote, so our focus is ensuring that’s possible.”

China Joe’s inauguration speech on Wednesday was so boring that former President Bill Clinton took a nap during it. As one wag noted, “it was the first time in forty years that Bill actually slept next to Hillary.

Just how senile is Joe Biden? China Joe claimed that during the Trump administration, the federal government failed to act “with urgency” to combat COVID. This seems to ignore Operation Warp Speed that produced two viable vaccines in nine months’ time, a record. It also ignores the trillions of stimulus to combat the pandemic.

Trying to continue this line of nonsense, CNN reported that sources within the Biden administration said they inherited no vaccine distribution plan from the previous White House.

“There is nothing for us to rework. We are going to have to build everything from scratch,” one source reportedly told CNN’s MJ Lee.
