The Hunter Biden sweetheart deal fell apart on Wednesday in a Delaware court room.  One of the topline issues was an admission by federal prosecutors that an additional investigation of Hunter Biden is ongoing, as the tax evasion and federal gun charge deal was brokered.

The judge noted that the deal appeared to exempt Hunter Biden from any future charges.  To be sure, the judge asked the DOJ directly.  When Judge Noreika questioned the prosecution about this immunity implication, the US attorneys said future immunity was not part of this agreement.  At that point the Hunter Biden defense team then acted surprised, saying if this is the accurate position of the DOJ then any plea deal is “null and void.

The House of Representatives on Monday evening voted 221-210 to repeal funding for 87,000 IRS agents.

The so-called ‘Inflation Reduction Act’ gave $79.6 billion to the IRS over the next 10 years.
These agents were expected to target middle class and low-income Americans.  Without the 87,000 agents, the IRS had audited the poor at 5 times the rate of everyone else according to a new analysis of IRS data by the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) at Syracuse University.

There is no telling just how much tighter the squeeze would have been without this House action.

There have been multiple times in the history of Congress when multiple ballots are required to elect the House Speaker.  However, at no point in history has the same person failed to capture the majority on six ballots and remained determined to keep trying.

Neil Oliver has gone and done it.  Oliver says out loud what many of us have been thinking.

Oliver’s monologue this week discusses the logical consequences of the current state of political affairs not only in the U.K but also in most western countries including the United States.  It is rather remarkable in this era of fearmongering about domestic extremism, to see an important voice on a Big Media outlet bravely talking about what appears to be the inevitable end that is coming.

As predictable as the sun coming up in the East in the morning, the Biden administration has opened a criminal investigation into Governor DeSantis over his chartered flights to Martha’s Vineyard.  One knew that this would happen once the hypocrisy of the Democrats regarding open borders was put on display for all the world to see.
