The Hunter Biden sweetheart deal fell apart on Wednesday in a Delaware court room. One of the topline issues was an admission by federal prosecutors that an additional investigation of Hunter Biden is ongoing, as the tax evasion and federal gun charge deal was brokered.

The judge noted that the deal appeared to exempt Hunter Biden from any future charges. To be sure, the judge asked the DOJ directly. When Judge Noreika questioned the prosecution about this immunity implication, the US attorneys said future immunity was not part of this agreement. At that point the Hunter Biden defense team then acted surprised, saying if this is the accurate position of the DOJ then any plea deal is “null and void.”

Some interesting items coming out of a recent Substack post by Seymour Hersh. For those not familiar with Hersh, his story is one of fierce independence. Hersh has been at the forefront of investigative journalism for decades. The My Lai massacre expose earned Hersh a Pulitzer. This was at a time when getting a Pulitzer really meant something.

Hersh’s recent piece examines the state of the Democratic Party as the 2024 election cycle approaches.

Las Vegas has a booking line on just about anything that is up for debate. One of the current lines operating is on whose baggie of cocaine was found in the White House. BetOnline made the first son the top pick that he was the one enjoying a spot of nose candy in the West Wing.

Despite plenty of videotapes and facial recognition technology, the vaunted FBI, who were able to track J6 defendants across the country and around the world, claimed they will never discover whose stash it was.

That’s because the potential offender is a “protected” class.

Many pro-lifers suspect this is another in a very long list of terror crimes committed by people and organizations that are pro-abortion, that believe in the murder of the most vulnerable among us. The events of January 6^th continue to be front and center for those who pay attention. Individuals who walked into the Capitol Building were made political prisoners. Their trials are show trials to convince the public that imminent danger was present, that people who believed in the American dream were extremists who needed to be shut away in jail. Some of these people who actually helped the police have received sentences of years in jail.

As time passes, more questions are being raised about the events that day.

A Slap On The Wrist

The whole world knows that Hunter Biden was given a slap on the wrist over what should have been felony charges for willful tax evasion, tax fraud, etc. And let’s not get into the treatment over the deliberate falsification of forms so that Hunter could purchase a firearm.

On Thursday, evidence released by the House Ways and Means Committee is quite astonishing in detail. In any normal political world, the stunning transcripts, testimony and statements of credible whistleblowers would destroy the top-tiers of any administration, including the President.
