Zelensky has cut off access to the sacred Kiev Caves Lavra National Reserve and closed three other Orthodox churches. Nearly every tyrannical dictator has done this. They held his family, including seven children, at gunpoint and took him into federal custody on charges he violated the “Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act. On Monday, a jury in Pennsylvania found Houck not guilty of these charges.

Victor Davis Hanson has questions for the country. Every American, Democrat, Republican or independent should want answers to these questions. Perhaps Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Hakeem Jeffries, Kevin McCarthy and Mitch McConnell would deign to answer them since all of this has taken place on their watch. If they won’t answer them, they should be removed from Congress along with any and all other leadership in Congress who facilitated this coup.

One of the aspects of the takeover by communists of any country is to diminish, if not outright ban, religious observances. Barack Obama was famous for having changed “the free exercise of religion” to “freedom of worship.” This was a step towards reducing the rights of the American people to freedom of religion.
