Enough Is Enough

Two years of innuendo, leaks, “bombshell” announcements, etc. The Deep State led by Democratic operatives has tried to make it clear that they are in charge in this country. They have tried to send a message that anyone who stands in their way is a target. They will smear them, bankrupt them, run them out of restaurants, shoot them on a ball field, etc.

During the Mueller investigation PDJT gave the investigation unprecedented access to White House advisers and staff. Transparency was the norm not an exception. This was a far cry from the Obama administration that blocked investigations at every turn.

In the end the Special Counsel (SC) declined to pursue charges against any American for conspiring to interfere with the 2016 election. However, he failed in his duty to decide on the question of “obstruction.” Although the investigation was not impeded in any way, although no criminal conduct was uncovered, Mueller could not make the binary decision of “Yes PDJT obstructed” or “No PDJT Did Not.” (See Emmett Flood letter). The report is legally defective. So the AG and Deputy AG Rosenstein reviewed the SC info and made that determination. No obstruction.

Barr Cited For Refusing To Break Law

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) outlines the political motives of Jerry Nadler (Chair-House Judiciary Committee) and his fellow Democrats in moving to cite AG Barr for contempt of Congress. As Jordan states forcefully, Barr was being cited because he refused to break the law.

Guilty Until Proven Innocent

In America a person is presumed innocent until the prosecution can convince a judge or jury that that person is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Prosecutors do not “prove people innocent.” They do not exonerate them. Prosecutors either present evidence to a grand jury for indictments or they decline to do so. They either charge a person or they don’t. It is a binary decision that they must make. If they decline to charge, the individual is innocent as a matter of law.

SC Mueller did not make the binary decision he was charged with making. He did not do what the SC regulations required him to do.

Emmett Flood, White House Counsel, has taken the time to point out the defects in the Special Counsel’s Report in a letter to the DOJ.

The Democratic meltdown continues. The basic problem that the Democrats have is this. Obama administration officials used the FBI, the NSA, the CIA, and other national security organs to spy on a rival campaign and then undermine an elected president. Interviews are being done around the country to try to obfuscate this fact.

On Saturday former FBI Director James Comey went on radio in LA and tried to make the case once again that the Russians won the election for Trump. If there were an annual award for the most fake news items in one interview, Comey would be in the running.

But the president of the United States refuses to acknowledge that the Russians attacked us.

No President in recent memory has imposed more sanctions on Russia than PDJT.

The Democratic Party is in full-blown meltdown mode. During the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Wednesday, Senator Maxie Hirono (D-HI) went off the rails and accused AG Barr of lying on more than one occasion to Congress. A case of Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) as bad as this has never been seen in public before.

During the committee hearing, Sen. Hirono called on Attorney General William Barr to resign, saying he is no different from others in the Trump administration who have sacrificed “their once decent reputations for the grifter and liar who sits in the Oval Office.” Kamala Harris of California trying to revive her failing campaign for the Democratic nomination joined in the demand for Barr to resign. Although Sen. Hirono asked several questions of Barr, she never gave him a chance to answer.

On Wednesday AG Bill Barr is scheduled to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee. On Thursday, the House Judiciary Committee has requested his presence. There appears to be some problem with the House request since Chairman Nadler only wants Barr to take questions from the committee staff counsels rather than the committee members. Barr is refusing to do this.

Orwellian thinking walks among us. The author of 1984 might be surprised at how accurate his thoughts on governments attempting to control the public’s thinking have turned out. None of this is possible without the complicity of the MSM. The idea that night is day and day is night may be the next job that the MSM is tasked with doing.

The Mueller investigation is a clear example of this Orwellian thinking. For two long years we were bombarded with supposed bombshell stories about conspiracies between members of the Trump campaign and Russian operatives. We heard time and again that indictments were imminent against members of the campaign and of the Trump family. Most of the MSM devoted nearly 90% of their reporting to propagating this false story during this time. Members of the Democratic Party teased stories about their “inside” knowledge of the investigation.

Collusion, collusion, collusion…That’s all that the Democrats and a compliant MSM said for two years. Despite no evidence being produced, the public was deluged with claims of illegality and criminality on the part of the Trump campaign. It was all because the Democrats could not accept the fact that HRC lost the election they had tried to rig for her. Their hatred for PDJT did not allow them to look at events rationally.

What is collusion? Webster’s defines collusion as a secret agreement or cooperation especially for an illegal or deceitful purpose. As Mueller took pains to point out, collusion per se is not a crime under our federal laws. However, conspiracy is. And conspiracy has a definition that for all intents and purposes is the same as collusion. Under Webster conspiracy is joining in a secret agreement to do an unlawful or wrongful act or an act which becomes unlawful as a result of the secret agreement.

The Mueller Report notes that collusion generally equates to conspiracy. This is defined on page 180 of Volume 1. ”…collusion is largely synonymous with conspiracy as that crime is set forth in the general federal conspiracy statute, 18 U.S.C. § 371. “

Linked below is an insightful piece on the Special Counsel’s investigation done by Sundance over at CTH. It shows there never was a Trump-Russia-Collusion conspiracy case to begin with. The Mueller Report shows that most of the SC’s investigative time was spent gathering evidence for an obstruction case over a crime that never happened. In other words it was a trap that they were trying to ensnare the President with. Witch hunt is the appropriate word.

It was the obstruction investigation that would help Pelosi and Nadler achieve impeachment. This piece shows that most of the $35 million that was spent from May 2017 through to March 2019 was for the sole purpose of achieving the Democrats’ objective of impeaching the President because they did not like his ideas or politics. ...

Democrats Fear Mueller Report

Thursday is shaping up to be an interesting day. The long-awaited Mueller Report is scheduled to be released. On March 24^ththe AG had announced the results of the Mueller investigation. It exonerated PDJT and his campaign of all wrongdoing during the 2016 election campaign. It confirmed what PDJT had said all along.

On Wednesday, it was announced that, at 9:30 AM on Thursday, the AG will hold a press conference followed by release of the report between 11 and 12. This set the Democrats’ hair on fire. Leading the charge was Rep. Adam Schiff who had teased America for two years with comments. These comments made it seem like he knew “classified” stuff that showed without a shadow of a doubt that PDJT was guilty. All of that vanished along with his credibility when AG Barr announced “No collusion.”
