On July 5th, AG Bill Barr did an interview with Marie Bartiromo. In it, Barr began by noting that PDJT was targeted by various entities, both within and outside the government, to remove him from office. This is a stunning admission by the AG. The interaction starts at the 0:42 mark of the video.
I have stated several times here that the longer that Judge Sullivan runs out the clock on the Writ of Mandamus, the more evidence that is coming to light that shows just how utterly corrupt the whole process was against General Flynn. As many people know by now, based on handwritten FBI notes released in April, Flynn was framed by crooked, Trump-hating agents.
A heart-wrenching story has emerged from Atlanta, Georgia. On Saturday evening, July 4th, Charmaine Turner and her daughter Secoriea were driving with a friend when they attempted to turn into a store near a group of armed Black Lives Matter protestors. This was on University Ave. near the burned-out Wendy’s where Rayshard Brooks was killed when he attempted to fire a taser against officers who were trying to arrest him. The area has become a site for frequent demonstrations against police brutality.
Brett Tolman, former US Attorney for the District of Utah, was interviewed regarding the recent revelations from the unsealed Peter Strzok notes. It is his opinion that the activities with regards to Flynn were designed to keep PDJT from taking office. When they failed at that, they then utilized those activities to try to oust the President from office. In other words the activities were designed to overthrow the constitutionally elected government of the United States.
With the DC Circuit Court issuing a decision on the writ of mandamus, the Flynn case is back in the news again. The court has ordered Judge Sullivan to dismiss the case. As I have said previously, I would like to see Michael Flynn off the hook so to speak. However, the longer the case hangs on, the more corruption that is being exposed.
There has been another interesting development in the Flynn case. On Tuesday the DOJ provided more exculpatory evidence to the Flynn defense team. This led to a filing that includes hand-written notes taken by FBI agent Peter Strzok around key dates in early January 2017. Strzok is a former Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI. Strzok is also rumored to be CIA.
With Joe Biden’s recent statements regarding the military removing PDJT from office, concerns have surfaced that Biden’s statements were a “dog whistle” to members of the military who owe their positions to former President Obama. Some have suggested that it is nearing time to have the military remove PDJT from office.
As preposterous as this may sound, this was followed up by a letter, penned by an anonymous author, to the graduating class at West Point. The letter attacked PDJT as commander-in-chief and others within the military structure as failing to uphold their oaths. It was intended to sow discord within the ranks. Some might perceive this as an invitation to mutiny.
Apparently LTG Michael Flynn will be speaking once his years-long ordeal with the justice system is over. The DC Appellate Court will hear oral arguments soon on the Mandamus Writ filed by Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell.
Previously I had referred to the Sullivan courtroom as a circus. Unfortunately that is not true. There isn’t anything funny or humorous going on here. And to call this a kangaroo court would be elevating this to a status that is far beyond what it really is.
This is an attempt to lynch Flynn. There is a complete absence of the rule of law. Sullivan is making it up as he goes along. He is taking pieces of civil procedure and dropping them into a criminal case. Sullivan has one simple thing to do here and that is grant the motion to dismiss that he has no authority to deny. Sullivan appointing an “amicus” to act as prosecutor shows that he has gone completely off the rails. Sullivan appears to be out to get Flynn by any means necessary.
In an absolutely bizarre twist in the Flynn case, the retired judge who was appointed to file an amicus brief with the court is now requesting a briefing schedule, oral arguments and the possibility of interviewing witnesses.
Last week acting DNI Ric Grenell forced the release by Adam Schiff of the transcripts that Schiff had been refusing to release. These were transcripts of testimonies given by dozens of witnesses. These showed that many Democratic TV personalities have lied over and over when on TV broadcasts about elements of the Russian Collusion hoax.
What garnered far less attention at the time was the fact that DNI Grenell delivered a second set of documents to AG Barr on the same day. At the time no one seemed to know just what was in those documents.
