Investigating Corruption Is An Impeachable Offense

Comments Off on Investigating Corruption Is An Impeachable Offense

Pelosi says that any effort by a Republican administration to investigate prior political corruption is an impeachable offense.  Speaker Pelosi released a document on Monday with all sorts of lurid headlines like “the Shakedown” and “The Cover Up”.  This document would make the National Enquirer proud.  The essence of this document is that investigating prior political corruption committed by Democrats is not permitted.

Why?  Because Pelosi knows that, even if only a small bit of the pile of dung that was the corrupt efforts of the Democrats during the 2016 election is exposed to sunlight, the Democrats’ chances of being a viable political entity in this country would be destroyed for decades.  The Democrats are frantic in their attempts to squash any investigation because they know just how bad the corruption was.  This was corruption they expected to get away with since HRC was a shoo-in for the Presidency.

This document essentially says that the legislative b Continue reading...

We don’t need to explain this too much but…we’ll do it anyway.

Every week, Democratic lawmakers leap for joy when some tidbit comes out that they think will enable them to finish the coup that they have been trying to execute since PDJT was elected.

First, it was collusion with Russia.  Mueller tried to trap PDJT into an obstruction charge.  He spent almost two years and millions of dollars to no avail.

SLAUGHTER IN SYRIA

On Sunday ABC News ran dramatic video footage of a Kurdish town under bombardment by Turkish forces just one week after PDJT announced the withdrawal of some 50 American troops stationed between Turkish Forces and the Kurds who had fought beside us against ISIS.  Good Morning America repeated the story on Monday.

First, the disclaimer.  The story below is fictional and is known as satire.  Unfortunately, due to the fact that gossip can now be the foundation of whistleblower complaints, it portrays a near future that is not outside the realm of being reasonably possible.  Enjoy the story!

Not Impeachable

Former U.S. Rep. Bob Barr knows something about impeachment, as he was a manager in the Senate trial for Bill Clinton, who was impeached by the U.S. House but not convicted in the U.S. Senate.

And he says President Trump is “not impeachable.”  Of course, the Democrats and the media are trying to build something out of nothing.  They keep repeating the same lies over and over.  The other part of their scheme is to cry “obstruction” when the Executive branch exercises their privilege of withholding documents and appearances by staff members at the partisan witchhunt that is going on at Capitol Hill.

Barr goes so far as to say that PDJT deserves our appreciation for doing what he did.  Barr has penned a column over at the Daily Caller that is worth a read.  The first few paragraphs are below.

Democratic Corruption Exposed

Comments Off on Democratic Corruption Exposed

The President pushed back against the Democrats’ unconstitutional efforts to subjugate the Executive branch to the Legislative branch of the government.  The White House counsel issued a letter exposing the unconstitutional efforts by the Democrats to overturn the results of the 2016 election and to interfere in the 2020 election.

Ambassador Sondland Does Not Appear

U.S. Ambassador Gordon Sondland was directed by the State Department not to appear Tuesday for an interview with House committees leading the fraudulent impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump. The non-appearance follows Chairman Adam Schiff’s manipulative media releases based on Ambassador Kurt Volker testimony.

This video exposes both the corrupt attempts by the Democrats to undo the results of the 2016 election as well as these House members calling out members of the press for their lack of due diligence.  It is worth 13 minutes of your time.

On Monday, Rep. Adam Schiff, the Chairman of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, the Chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Reform, and Rep. Eliot L. Engel, the Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, sent a letter to Department of Defense (DOD) Secretary Mark Esper and a letter to Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Acting Director Russell Vought conveying “subpoenas” for key documents as part of the House of Representatives’ impeachment inquiry of President Donald Trump.

Kangaroo Court

Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-TX) blasted House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) on Sunday.   Schiff held closed door meetings for the testimony of ICIG Atkinson and Envoy Volker last week. Then Schiff would not allow transcripts of their testimony to be  made public. Why?

It has been reported from other sources, notably Fox News reporter Catherine Herridge, that ICIG Michael Atkinson testified that the so called ‘whistle-blower’ did not inform Atkinson that the whistleblower gossipmonger and his legal team had previously contacted staff working for Adam Schiff before he submitted his complaint.

When questioned on this earlier in the week, Schiff had denied that such contact took place.  The Washington Post gave this claim a 4-Pinocchio’s rating.  Later he reversed himself claiming that he “had misunderstood” the reporter’s question.

So, again, why are the transcripts being withheld?  Ratcliffe said that he would love to tell you about both interviews (Volker and Atkinson).  The problem?  Schiff won’t allow it.  Why? Ratcliffe noted,

Is The ICIG Guilty of A Corrupt Act?

Comments Off on Is The ICIG Guilty of A Corrupt Act?

It was widely known that in order to submit an ICIG whistleblower report that the information had to be firsthand knowledge.  No hearsay or gossip was permitted.  It was stated unequivocally that submitting second-hand knowledge would result in the complaint being rejected.

As Sean Davis at The Federalist noted,

“The [Intelligence Community Inspector General] cannot transmit information via the ICPWA based on an employee’s second-hand knowledge of wrongdoing,” the previous form stated under the bolded heading “FIRST-HAND INFORMATION REQUIRED.” “This includes information received from another person, such as when an employee informs you that he/she witnessed some type of wrongdoing.”

“If you think that wrongdoing took place, but can provide nothing more than second-hand or unsubstantiated assertions, [the Intelligence Community Inspector General] will not be able to process the complaint or information for submission as an ICWPA,” the form concluded.
