By a vote of 213 to 209 the House of Representatives censured serial liar Adam Schiff “for abusing and exploiting his official position and bringing dishonor to the House of Representatives.”
Dementia Joe went of script and made the following announcement:
“All the way across the Indian Ocean?” This I have to see. One wag noted, “Will it pass through Korea on its way to India? The world could use a little Seoul Train about now.”

Tucker Carlson is continuing to broadcast his monologues on Twitter despite a cease and desist letter from Fox. For his first two monologues, total views are approaching 200 MILLION! At this point in time, Tucker has a greater reach than any individual in American history.
Joe Biden was attending the USAF Academy graduation ceremony today, when he tripped on stage and took a hard fall.
Sundance over at CTH had a short post of the meaningless theatre that Washington engaged in recently to come to an agreement on increasing the debt ceiling. Before I post Sundance’s comments, please note that more Democrats voted for the measure than Republicans did (165 to 149). That alone tells the story.
Did Kevin McCarthy just cave into the Deep State with the deal that supposedly he brokered? Whose pockets are getting filled with this latest boondoggle? How much money is going to wind up in the coffers of the RNC to be used to try to stop PDJT from being the nominee? Who else in Washington will benefit financially from this so-called deal?
For anyone who has been paying the least bit of attention, once again the country is approaching its debt limit. This has been talked about for several months. The Democrats, who want to spend the country into oblivion, have refused to discuss the reining in of any spending on the part of the federal government. Until very recently they have refused to entertain the idea of even talking about spending and any curtailments of that.
In the meantime, the Republicans have passed a bill extending the debt ceiling while incorporating cuts in some federal programs. None of these cuts would affect the big programs like Medicare, Medicaid or Social Security. The cuts did affect things like the 87,000 additional IRS agents that would be sent to harass middle America.
Chuck Schumer (D-NY) has refused to even consider such a bill in the Senate that would entail any decreases in federal spending or even slowing the increase in spending. The Democrats seem to believe that they can do whatever they want to without there being any consequences for their recklessness.
Planned Parenthood (what a misnomer that is) wants to expand the Supreme Court in the wake of Roe vs Wade being overturned. According to Alexis McGill Johnson, president and CEO of Planned Parenthood, changes are needed because of the recent attacks “on our democratic rights and our democratic freedoms.”
I wonder what freedoms are being attacked? It couldn’t be the “right” to murder an unborn child, could it? Could it be the “right” to let a baby die that survives an abortion? ...
Seems appropriate to our situation today.
