Some babies said that if they cannot get enough formula in Ukraine, they will get caught sneaking into the country across the Mexican border.  The ICE processing centers for illegal border crossers have plenty of baby formula for illegals.  And it is free.

The first photo is from this morning at the Ursula Processing Center at the U.S. border. Shelves and pallets packed with baby formula.

The second is from a shelf right here at home. Formula is scarce.  ...

Supreme Court Justices Doxxed

Comments Off on Supreme Court Justices Doxxed

This is the state of our union.  This fence is around the Supreme Court because there are real Domestic Violent Extremists (DVE’s).  And they are threatening to burn it down.

Are these “far-right extremists?”  You know the answer to that.  These people are Democratic political activists who believe that “by any means necessary” is their rally song.  They have listed the names and home addresses of conservative Supreme Court justices in an effort to organize violence against the court.

Rights A Supreme Court Mistake

Comments Off on Rights A Supreme Court Mistake

The leaked opinion that may overturn Roe v Wade and Casey v Planned Parenthood would correct an egregious mistake that began in 1973.  This mistake was compounded by Casey v Planned Parenthood in 1992.  Regardless of which side of the debate over killing unborn children one comes down on, the fact is that decisions by the Supreme Court need to be grounded in the law.  While I have a particular position on the killing of unborn children, this post is focused on the legal aspects of this decision in this country, not the moral ones.

Odds & Ends

A new Gallup poll shows that President Biden is in first place at last.  Biden has suffered from declining popularity with the American public.  In fact, his poll ratings have been historical markers for unpopularity.

However, in a recent poll Biden came in first.  Biden beat out brussels sprouts for America’s least favorite vegetable. Press secretary Psaki complained that the characterization of Biden as a vegetable was a bit unfair.  Psaki pointed out that Biden did move about of his own accord from time to time.

Supremes Uphold Law Banning Ballot Harvesting

Comments Off on Supremes Uphold Law Banning Ballot Harvesting

In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court upheld an Arizona law that banned the practice of indiscriminate ballot harvesting and nullified any ballot cast in the wrong precinct.  This was an important step to ensure that states can take reasonable steps to ensure the integrity of the vote within their state. This bolsters the efforts ongoing in Georgia to ensure the integrity of their elections. Three justices dissented claiming the law was racist and would undermine Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act (VRA).

Things That Run Through An Idle Mind

Was it just a coincidence that Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed and sworn in as the ninth justice on Hillary Clinton’s birthday?

On Hillary’s 73rd birthday in prime time, PDJT presided over the inauguration of Amy Coney Barrett as the ninth justice on the Supreme Court. To make the moment perfect, he had Justice Clarence Thomas swear her in.  Was this the ultimate finger in the eye to Hillary?
